Applus+ RA 线束与连接器测试

汽车线束是汽车电路的网络主体，我们主要的检测对象为汽车用端子、连接器、线缆和线束总成。

我们的检测范围如下：

• 高速信号线缆及连接器信号完整性分析测量：重点分析产品的高速性能，如插入损耗，回波损耗，电压驻波比，串扰，阻抗，眼图等指标。
• 通讯线束及连接器屏蔽效能测量：依据IEC 62153标准，采用管中管和三同轴方法，评估USB/FAKRA/HSD/Ethernet等车载通讯线缆及连接器，和高压线束及连接器屏蔽效能。
• 线束总成功能耐久性能模拟及验证：模拟车身各类线束实际运动轨迹，搭建实验台架，制作对应工装，评估设计研发各类指标是否合规。
