Ⅰ Test Service Range
Our automotive harness connector testing services include environmental testing, aging testing, mechanical testing, electrical testing and protective testing.
- Environmental testing: low-temperature resistance testing, high-temperature resistance testing, temperature change resistance testing, temperature damp-heat cycle resistance testing and temperature shock testing.
- Mechanical testing: contact tension, connection strength, tearing force of wire harness, vibration resistance testing and mechanical impact resistance testing.
- Electrical performance testing: circuit inspection, voltage drop in conductor crimping area, immersion insulation resistance, withstand voltage, temperature rise testing, current circulation, maximum current capacity.
