In September, 2020, the Spanish Applus+ Group officially acquired all the shares of Shanghai Reliable Analysis Co., Ltd. (RA Shanghai). Since then, Shanghai Reliable Analysis Co., Ltd. has been a subsidiary of the Applus+ Group, specifically joining the Applus+ Laboratories division.

In the same year, Shanghai Reliable Analysis Co., Ltd. and Applus (Shanghai) Quality Testing Co., Ltd. jointly worked to provide high-quality testing services for domestic customers in China.
